Workouts typically involve a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise to increase calorie expenditure and promote fat loss. Caloric intake is often reduced to create a calorie deficit, leading the body to utilize stored fat for energy. Emphasis is placed on maintaining muscle mass through proper nutrition, adequate protein intake, and resistance training. The goal of a fat loss program is to achieve a leaner, more defined physique.
